We were shocked to hear the news about Mark's passing. I, for one, would like to say that I found comfort in knowing that he passed peacefully in his sleep, ironically his time came as he lived, peacefully.

Mark befriended me as he did many of you, he walked up to me and started a friendly conversation with me and you know, he just had a way of asking questions and listening to what you had to say seeming genuinely interested in your view points. Before I knew it, we were friends, and stayed friends. I liked being around Mark he laughed a lot and made me laugh a lot, there was nothing you couldn't talk to Mark about without Mark trying to find a happy resolution to it or the humor in it.

Mark knew how to have a good time and Mark had the ability to help other people with him have a good time as well.

To Mark's immediate family, we offer our condolences and sincere sympathy.

To Mark's many friends, we have lost a classic "good guy" but all of us who knew him have benefited from Mark's fellowship and exemplary social skills.

Mark was quite simply, " a good human being ".

Respectfully,
Gene and Wanda Shutt
